Last Tuesday's meeting was yet (again) inconclusive, this time because we had to stoped it as there was a meeting with a client scheduled and when they arrived, their's took priority, naturelly.
But is wasn't wasted time, though....

I have a very clear idea and view of what is necessary to do and how it should be done; the question is that, like usual, I'm involved in almost everything and all passes through me!
Delegate? Delegate in whom? The few things I do delegate quite often don't get done or not with all the necessary steps!

I don't have a definitive answer for that, but I'll keep trying to find one.

Now, I'm going out for a little bit to take a coffee!.
